Product Management, Uber Freight
- I joined Uber Freight before its launch, and built up the Growth Operations function, where we mined through data and launched a number of experiments to rapidly grow the business. Later, I moved over to lead a team of 13 engineers, data scientists, and designers in building out Uber Freight’s mobile app for truck drivers & fleet managers. Uber Freight is now a multi-billion dollar business.
Growth Operations, Uber Rideshare
- I was hired to reverse a major market share loss. I built a 50+ person team and together we led the charge for a ~20 ppts market share gain in just 6 months. We did so by building a robust competitive intelligence program, and launching pricing, marketing, and product experiments geared toward improving retention and growing engagement of both riders and drivers.
